DIRECTOR
Demos Nicolaides
BA MSc FCA ADIT
Mr. Nicolaides has been a leading accounting, taxation and company valuation expert since 2005 and performed and supervised numerous projects in these areas in various industries.
Currently, Mr. Nicolaides is serving as a Director at Metatax Advisors Ltd.
Mr. Nicolaides’s began his professional career at Ernst & Young and later became the Managing Director of a boutique audit firm.
Mr. Nicolaides holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester (UK) and an MSc in Management from London School of Economics and Political Sciences (UK).
Mr Nicolaides is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and in possession of a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Mr. Nicolaides has also obtained the Advanced Certificate of professional competence from the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP – Cyprus branch). In 2019 he also obtained the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).

Nicholas Manousakis
BA, BFP, ACA, ADIT
Mr. Manousakis is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services and audit industry since 2010. Skilled in Taxation, International Taxation, Business and Transaction Advisory and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Currently, Mr. Manousakis is serving as a Director at Metatax Advisors Ltd.
He began his professional career at Deloitte and later moved to the financial services industry where he was working as a Senior Manager at IQEQ Cyprus Limited.
Mr. Manousakis graduated from the University of Cyprus with a degree in Public and Business Administration with specialisation in Accounting. He also obtained the ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and ICAEW.
In 2020 he obtained the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK).
